Coupling of 2-(4-(4-fluorophenyl)thiazol-2-yl)nicotinic acid (356 mg, 1.185 mmol) and 3-amino-2-hydroxy-4-phenylbutanamide (280 mg, 1.442 mmol) in an analogous manner as described for example 1.2 afforded 530 mg of the title compound as white amorphous solid.
