(46.6% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CHLOROFORM-d) δ 7.00 (dt, J=5.3, 1.5 Hz, 1H), 6.75 (dt, J=5.3, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 3.74 (s, 3H), 2.42-2.35 (m, 2H), 2.34-2.27 (m, 2H), 1.26 (s, 12H).
