To a solution of intermediate 24 (6 g, 14.42 mmol) in dioxane (40 mL) were added 6-bromopyridine-3-carbaldehyde (7) (3.22 g, 17.30 mmol), palladium tetrakistriphenylphosphine (0.500 g, 0.433 mmol), and hexamethyldistannane (3.29 mL, 15.86 mmol). The mixture was heated at 100° C. for 20 h, concentrated, adsorbed on silica gel, placed onto a silica gel column and subjected to flash chromatography purification (eluent DCM/MeOH: 100/0, 99/1, 98/2, 97/3), to afford intermediate 25 (2.864 g, 50% yield).
