Following the procedure described above for the synthesis of compound 32 (Scheme 9) but substituting compound 31 for compound 38, title compound 39 was obtained in 60% yield. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 12.49 (s, 1H), 12.48 (s, 1H), 8.69 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.56 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 8.42 (s, 1H), 8.33 (dd, J=8.2, 0.8 Hz, 1H), 8.07-8.03 (m, 1H), 7.99 (dd, J=8.2, 2.2 Hz, 1H), 7.56-7.55 (m, 2H), 7.38 (dd, J=8.7, 5.6 Hz, 2H), 7.19 (t, J=9.0 Hz, 2H), 6.70 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 5.90 (s, 1H), 4.12-4.06 (m, 2H), 4.04-3.98 (m, 2H), 3.84 (s, 2H). MS (m/z): 605.1 (M+H).
