Reaction Steps

The preparation is carried out as already described starting from 1.12 g (4.55 mmol) of 4-thiocarbamoyl-1,4-diazepane-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester from step a and 1.93 g (6.25 mmol) of 2-bromo-1-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl)ethanone.
