The preparation is carried out as already described starting from 508 mg (1.15 mmol) of 2-bromo-1-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl)ethanone and the product from step c. The purification was carried out by means of preparative HPLC. The product is in the form of the hydrochloride.
