Reaction Steps

A solution of Intermediate 32b (100 mg, 0.23 mmol) and hydrazine hydrate (74 μL, 2.4 mmol) in dry MeOH (6 mL) was stirred at RT for 5 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by FCC, using 0-20% [2M NH3 in MeOH] in DCM, to give the title compound as an off white foam (50 mg, 72%). LCMS (Method 3): Rt 1.70 min, m/z 291 [MH+].
