To a stirred solution of 1-(azetidin-3-ylcarbonyl)-4-cyclobutyl-1,4-diazepane (30 mg, 0.13 mmol) in DCM (1 ml) was added cyclohexanemethyl isocyanate (18 μl, 0.13 mmol) in DCM (1 ml). The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 16 hrs then evaporated at reduced pressure and the resulting crude material purified by silica FCC (using a gradient of eluents; 99:1:1 to 90:10:1 DCM:MeOH:7M NH3 in MeOH) to provide the title compound as colourless oil (39 mg, 82% yield).
