Reaction Steps
Method C1 was used with tert-butyl 4-(2-amino-3-nitropyridin-4-yloxy)naphthalen-1-ylcarbamate (3.0 g, 7.6 mmol) with solvent mixture MeOH:THF 1:1 to afford the title compound in quantitative yield (2.4 g).
