Reaction Steps
A mixture of the azide from Step 15 (0.72 g, 1.95 mmol) and 10% Pd/C (0.1 g) in MeOH (20 mL) was hydrogenated via a H2 balloon at rt for 18 h. Filtration and evaporation to dryness afforded the amine in a quantitative yield. LC/MS: 343.1 (MH)+.
