The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 32(e) starting from 1-cyclopropyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (0.300 g, 1.8 mmol) and (S)-4-(1-(2-aminopropyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-2-chloro-benzonitrile (0.471 g, 1.8 mmol). The product was purified by flash-chromatography. Yield: 400 mg. 1H-NMR (400 MHz; DMSO-d6): δ 0.98-1.11 (m, 7H), 3.75-3.80 (m, 1H), 4.25-4.48 (m, 3H), 6.54 (d, 1H), 6.96 (d, 1H), 7.82 (d, 2H), 7.93-7.99 (m, 2H), 8.07 (s, 1H), 8.16 (d, 1H), LC-MS: [M+1]=395.15.
