The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 32(e) starting from 1-methyl-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-imidazole-4-carboxylic acid (0.3 g, 1.44 mmol) and (S)-4-(1-(2-aminopropyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-2-chlorobenzonitrile (0.377 g, 1.44 mmol). The product was purified by flash chromatography. Yield 200 mg. 1H-NMR (400 MHz; DMSO-d6): δ 1.10 (d, 3H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.91 (s, 3H), 4.23-4.45 (m, 3H), 6.95 (d, 1H), 7.63 (d, 1H), 7.83 (t, 2H), 7.99 (d, 1H), 8.03 (d, 1H), 8.07 (s, 1H), 8.17 (s, 1H).
