Reaction Steps
In analogy to example 6, 100 mg (0.51 mmol) of 5-nitrobenzo[d]isothiazol-3-ylamine were reacted with 90.4 mg (0.61 mmol) of 1-isocyanatomethyl-2-methylbenzene. Yield: 11 mg (6%), M+H+: 343.16.
