Reaction Steps
The sub-title compound was prepared in accordance with the procedure in Example 59, step (g) using tert-butyl N-[5-cyano-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-carbamate (8.5 g; 29.7 mmol), Ra—Ni (174 mg; 2.97 mmol), H2 (5 atm) and THF (60 mL). Yield: 8 g (93%).
