A saturated solution of ammonia-methanol (0.5 mL) and tetrahydrofuran (0.5 mL) were added to the ethyl 2-(5-chloro-1-((5-chlorothiazol-2-yl)carbamoyl)spiro[indoline-3,3′-pyrrolidin]-1′-yl)-2-oxoacetate (50 mg, 0.106 mmol) obtained in Example 43, and the obtained mixture was then stirred at room temperature for 14 hours. Thereafter, the reaction solution was concentrated in vacuo, and the obtained residue was then washed with chloroform to obtain the captioned compound (29.0 mg, 62%) in the form of a white solid.
