To the solution of 104c (360 mg, 0.6 mmol) in methanol (50 mL) was added sodium borohydride (70 mg, 1.8 mmol) at 0° C. and stirred for another 30 minutes. Then the reaction mixture was quenched with water (2 mL) and concentrated. The residue was purified with reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 104 (63 mg, 16%) as an off-white solid. LCMS: [M+H]+ 637. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO) δ 8.70 (d, J=3.0, 1H), 8.65 (d, J=5.5, 1H), 8.34 (s, 1H), 7.85 (d, J=3.0, 1H), 7.60 (d, J=2.5, 1H), 7.36-7.37 (m, 2H), 7.22-7.23 (m, 1H), 6.56 (s, 1H), 5.12 (t, J=5.5, 1H), 4.55-4.56 (m, 2H), 4.43-4.45 (m, 4H), 4.14-4.16 (m, 3H), 3.93-3.95 (m, 1H), 3.60 (s, 3H), 3.43-3.44 (m, 1H), 3.05-3.08 (m, 4H), 2.61-2.63 (m, 2H), 2.46-2.47 (m, 2H), 2.36-2.39 (m, 4H), 1.68-1.78 (m, 4H).
