A sealed tube was charged with 107f (200 mg, 0.51 mmol), 1-methyl-3-(5-(4-(oxetan-3-yl)piperazin-1-yl)pyridin-2-ylamino)-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-one 101 l (240 mg, 0.51 mmol), PdCl2(dppf) (42 mg, 0.05 mmol), K3PO4 (230 mg, 1 mmol), and NaOAc (80 mg, 1 mmol) in CH3CN (5 mL) and H2O (1.5 mL). The system was evacuated and refilled with N2. The reaction mixture was heated at 100° C. for 2 h. It was then cooled to room temperature and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure and the resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography eluting with 10:1 of DCM/MeOH to afford 107g in 35% yield (120 mg) as a brown solid. MS: [M+H] 649.
