A mixture of 139b (95 mg, 0.15 mmol), NaBH4 (17 mg, 0.45), and CH3OH (10 mL) was stirred at 25° C. for 1 h. The mixture was extracted with CH2Cl2 (10 mL×2). The combined CH2Cl2 extract was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified with reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 139 (60 mg, 63%).
