PROCEDURE

实验过程

A 50-mL single-neck round-bottomed flask equipped with a magnetic stirrer was charged with 160a (80 mg, 0.12 mmol), NaBH4 (23 mg, 0.60 mmol), and methanol (10 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h. It was quenched with water (1 mL) and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 160 (44 mg, 55%).
