A solution of 167h (120 mg, 0.21 mmol) in methanol (20 mL) was added NaBH4 (24 mg, 0.63 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 20° C. for 2 h. The reaction was quenched with water and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 167 (98 mg, 83%) as a yellow solid. MS-ESI: [M+H] 567.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.48 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.19 (s, 1H), 8.05 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 7.40 (s, 1H), 7.32 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 6.53 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 5.89 (s, 1H), 4.98 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 4.48-4.30 (m, 3H), 4.27-4.22 (m, 2H), 3.92-3.91 (m, 2H), 3.86-3.84 (m, 1H), 3.60 (s, 3H), 3.52-3.33 (m, 3H), 3.29 (ps, 1H), 2.79-2.77 (m, 2H), 2.35 (s, 3H), 1.87-1.76 (m, 3H), 1.60-1.59 (m, 1H), 1.09-0.91 (m, 2H).
