A mixture of 183a (160 mg, 0.31 mmol) and NaBH4 (59 mg, 1.55 mmol) in methanol (20 mL) was stirred at 20° C. for 2 h. The reaction was then quenched with water and evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 183 (42 mg, 26%) as an off-white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 515.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 8.74 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 8.65 (s, 1H), 8.50 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.18-8.17 (m, 1H), 7.61-7.58 (m, 1H), 7.53 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.36 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.31 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.81-6.79 (m, 1H), 4.95 (t, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 4.49-4.40 (m, 2H), 4.22-4.14 (m, 2H), 4.10-4.05 (m, 1H), 3.87-3.85 (m, 1H), 3.62 (s, 3H), 2.64-2.60 (m, 1H), 2.57-2.53 (m, 1H), 2.43-2.41 (m, 2H), 1.81-1.75 (m, 2H), 1.71-1.67 (m, 2H).
