##STR23## n-Butyl isocyanate (1 g) was added slowly to a stirred solution of 4-[4 -(2-pyridylmethylamino)piperidino]-6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline, (1.4 g) prepared as in part A above, in dry chloroform, followed by standing at room temperature for 30 minutes. The solution was evaporated to dryness in vacuo to give a yellow oil which crystallized on trituration with ether. Recrystallization from ethyl acetate gave 4-[4-{3-n-butyl-1-(2-pyridylmethyl)ureido}piperidino]6,7-dimethoxyquinazoline (1.2 g) as pale yellow crystals, m.p. 162°-4° C.
