Reaction Steps
Beginning with 0.099 gm (0.50 mMol) (S)-(+)-4-(oxiranylmethoxy)-1H-indole and 0.150 gm (0.50 mMol) 4-hydroxy-4-(6-isopropoxynaphth-2-yl)piperidine, 0.165 gm (66%) of the title compound were recovered as a white solid by the procedure described in Example 9.
