The title compound was prepared from 3-amino-5-chlorothiophene-2-sulfonamide hydrochloride and isobutyl isothiocyanate by a procedure analogous to the procedure described in example 3Bc-d; mp 262°-264° C.; 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 0.90 (d, 6H), 2.85 (m, 1H), 3.02 (t, 2H), 7.08 (s, 1H), 7.3 (br. s, 1H), 10.9 (br. s, 1H).
