Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3,6-dichloro-4H-thieno[3,2-e]-1,2,4-thiadiazine 1,1-dioxide and (R)-(-)-2-amino-1-propanol by a procedure analogous to the procedure described in example 1Bb; mp 203°-204° C. (water), 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 1.11 (d, 3H), 3.4 (d, 2H), 3.78 (m, 1H), 4.95 (br. s, 1H), 7.05 (br. s, 1H), 7.09 (s, 1H), 10.8 (br. s, 1H).
