The title compound is prepared as a brown solid following Scheme 1 and in analogy to Example 2 using 3-methoxy-quinolin-6-ol, [1-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-piperidin-4-yl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester and 5-thiophen-2-yl-isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid as starting materials.
