The title compound was prepared from 2-adamantyl 2,3-dihydro-1H-spiro[isoquinoline-4,4′-piperidine]-1′-carboxylate following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 34 using isopropylsulfonyl chloride in place of methanesulfonyl chloride. LC-MS Method 1 tR=2.31 min, m/z=487; 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ=7.36 (d, 1H), 7.26 (t, 1H), 7.20 (t, 1H), 7.05 (d, 1H), 4.88 (s, 1H), 4.56 (br s, 2H), 4.18 (d, 2H), 4.35 (m, 1H), 2.99 (m, 4H), 1.42 (d, 6H).
