Reaction Steps
The same operation as in Example (217a) was performed using 3-tert-butoxycarbonylaminoazetidine (161 mg, 0.94 mmol), ethyl 2-bromo-4-n-propyl-1,3-thiazole-5-carboxylate obtained in Example (219a) (217 mg, 0.78 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (0.27 mL, 1.56 mmol), to obtain 204 mg of the title compound as a white solid (71%).
