The title compound was prepared from (S)-6-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-6-phenyl-3-{(S)-1-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl]ethyl}-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 1-(4-bromothiazol-2-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-one following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 31. LC (method 5): tR=1.73 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=472, 530 [M+H]+; 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.10 (s, 3H), 1.20 (s, 3H), 1.57 (d, 3H), 2.20-2.30 (m, 4H), 2.39 (m, 1H), 2.91 (m, 1H), 5.72 (q, 1H), 6.52 (t, 1H), 6.83 (d, 1H), 7.05 (d, 2H), 7.20-7.40 (m, 6H), 7.50 (m, 1H), 7.70 (d, 2H), 8.98 (d, 1H).
