Procedure
tert-Butyl {[4-fluoro-5-(2-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-1-(piperidin-1-ylsulfonyl)-1H-pyrrol-3-yl]methyl}methylcarbamate (210 mg) was dissolved in ethanol (5 mL), 4 mol/L hydrogen chloride-ethyl acetate solution (5 mL) was added, and the mixture was stirred at 50° C. for 15 min. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was crystallized from ethyl acetate to give the title compound as colorless crystals (yield 145 mg, 80%).
