Procedure
tert-Butyl {[4-fluoro-5-(2-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-1-(morpholin-4-ylsulfonyl)-1H-pyrrol-3-yl]methyl}methylcarbamate (370 mg) was dissolved in ethanol (5 mL), 4 mol/L hydrogen chloride-ethyl acetate solution (5 mL) was added, and the mixture was stirred at 50° C. for 30 min. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was crystallized from a mixed solvent of ethyl acetate-ethanol (9:1) to give the title compound as colorless crystals (yield 105 mg, 33%).
