Procedure
tert-Butyl {[4-fluoro-5-(2-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-1-(pyrrolidin-1-ylsulfonyl)-1H-pyrrol-3-yl]methyl}methylcarbamate (260 mg) was dissolved in ethanol (5 mL), 4 mol/L hydrogen chloride-ethyl acetate solution (5 mL) was added, and the mixture was stirred at 40° C. for 30 min. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was crystallized from ethyl acetate to give the title compound as colorless crystals (yield 148 mg, 66%).
