57.0 mg (0.132 mmol) of free base (R)-7-(2-(1-(4-butoxyphenyl)-2-methylpropan-2-ylamino)-1-hydroxyethyl)-5-hydroxybenzo[d]thiazol-2(3H)-one and 8.03 mg (0.132 mmol) acetic acid were dissolved in 1.0 ml acetonitrile and 0.05 ml water. The solution was stirred at r. t. with a magnetic stirrer stirred. Precipitation took place over night. The solution was then filtered at r.t. through a glass filter and washed three times with 0.5 ml acetonitrile. The wet filter cake was dried in a drying oven overnight (16 h) at r. t. to dryness. Yield: 57 mg white powder
