(R)-ethyl 5-(2-(2-(3-aminoprop oxy)-5-fluorophenyl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylate (10 mg, 0.023 mmol) and DIEA (8.1 μL, 0.047 mmol) were combined in dry EtOH (0.1 mL) in a sealed vessel and heated at 200° C. overnight. The reaction was concentrated and purified by reverse-phase column chromatography (0-70% acetonitrile/H2O) to afford the title compound (4.5 mg, 50% yield). MS (apci) m/z=382.2 (M+H).
