To a solution of methyl 5-((R)-2-(1-((S)-3-(1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)-2-methylpropyl)-5-fluoro-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridin-3-yl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylate (110 mg, 0.197 mmol) in MeOH/THF (3 mL/3 mL) was added hydrazine (31.6 mg, 0.985 mmol). The reaction was stirred for 14 hours at 50° C. After cooling, the reaction mixture was concentrated and the resulting residue was diluted with EtOAc (20 mL) and washed with saturated aqueous NaHCO3 (5 mL), water (2×5 mL) and brine (5 mL). The organic layer was dried with Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica column chromatography, eluting with EtOAc/MeOH/NH4OH 10:1:0.1 to give the desired product (65 mg, 77% yield). MS (apci) m/z=429.2 (M+H).
