Compound 21D was prepared from Compound 21C and 2-chloro-5-propylpyrimidine in a similar manner to the procedure described for Compound 1C in Example 1. 1H NMR (400 MHz, chloroform-d) δ ppm 8.55 (d, J=2.2 Hz, 1H), 8.16 (s, 2H), 8.08 (d, J=2.2 Hz, 1H), 5.58 (dt, J=8.2, 4.1 Hz, 1H), 4.20-4.34 (m, 2H), 3.52-3.65 (m, 2H), 2.40 (t, J=7.7 Hz, 2H), 2.16-2.28 (m, 2H), 1.84-2.01 (m, J=12.9, 8.7, 8.7, 3.8 Hz, 2H), 1.49-1.64 (m, J=7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 7.3, 7.1 Hz, 2H), 0.93 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3H). LC/MS (m/z)=435 (M+H)+.
