Using the procedure described for compound 51, (R)-4-(4-chlorobenzenesulfonyl)-3-(prop-2-ynyl)-3,4-dihydropyrazin-2(1H)-one afforded the title compound as a tan solid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 2.02 (s, 1H), 2.45 (s, 3H), 2.85 (m, 1H), 2.97 (m, 1H), 3.24 (m, 2H), 3.81 (m, 2H), 4.48 (t, 4.7 Hz, 1H), 6.47 (s, 1H), 7.55 (d, 8.0 Hz, 2H), 7.78 (d, 8.0 Hz, 2H).
