The title compound is prepared as described in EXAMPLE 101,using 6-(2-oxopiperazin-1-ylmethyl)-1H-quinolin-2-one, minor product from EXAMPLE 67, Part D, and 6-chlorobenzo[b]thiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride, EXAMPLE 1. The crude product is triturated in CH2Cl2 and filtered to provide the title compound as a white solid. 1H NMR (d6-DMSO, 300 MHz) δ11.72 (bs, 1H), 8.33 (s, 1H), 8.18 (s, 1H), 8.07 (d, 1H), 7.78 (d, 1H), 7.58 (dd, 1H), 7.45 (s, 1H), 7.30 (dd, 1H), 7.18 (d, 1H), 6.46 (d, 1H), 4.52 (s, 2H), 3.86 (s, 2H), 3.43 (m, 2H), 3.31 (m, 2H). MS (ion spray) m/z 488, 490, (M+H), Cl pattern.
