Reaction Steps
1-(4-(7-Benzyloxy-6-cyanoquinolin-4-yloxy)-2-chloro-phenyl)-3-ethylurea (1 g) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid and thioanisole for deprotection in the same manner as Production Example 21, and the obtained hydroxy compound (0.48 g) was treated in the same manner as Example 543 to obtain the title compound (0.31 g) as a solid.
