The title compound was prepared by reacting the product of Example 1B (0.1523 g, 0.52 mmol) and 2-(4-tert-butylphenyl)ethylamine (0.1210 g, 0.68 mmol) using the procedure as described in Example 1C. MS (ESI+) m/z 454 (M+H)+; (ESI−) m/z 452 (M−H)−; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 1.33 (s, 9H), 3.04 (t, J=7.0 Hz, 2H), 3.92 (q, J=6.6 Hz, 2H), 6.15 (s, 1H), 7.19 (m, 2H), 7.33 (dd,J=8.1, 4.7 Hz, 1H), 7.38 (m, 2H), 7.51 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.86 (dd, J=8.1, 1.0 Hz, 1H), 8.03 (dd, J=8.1, 1.4 Hz, 1H), 8.33 (d, J=1.4 Hz, 1H), 8.62 (dd, J=4.6, 0.8 Hz, 1H).
