[4-(4-Bromophenyl (pyrimidin-2-yl]-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidin-4-yl)-amine (116 mg; 0.3 mmol), PdCl2(PPh3)2 (21 mg; 0.03 mmol) and 4-tributylstannanyl-pyridine (221 mg; 0.6 mmol) were heated in xylene (3 ml) at 100° C. for 1 hour. The reaction mixture was filtered, evaporated and purified by preparative HPLC to give the title compound as a white solid. Yield: 20 mg (17%).
