{4-[6-(3-Amino-3-methyl-but-1-ynyl)-pyridin-3-yl]-pyrimidin-2-yl}-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidin-4-yl)-amine (105 mg, 0.25 mmol) was dissolved in EtOH (100 ml) and hydrogenated at 1 atm over Pd/C (10%, 105 mg) for 2 hours at room temperature. The reaction mixture was filtered, evaporated, taken up in TBME/MeOH/ammonia (90/9/1) and passed through a bed of silicagel to give the title compound as slightly yellowish crystals, crystallized from ether. Yield: 35 mg (33%).
