The same procedure as described in Example 326 was used, starting with (4-amino-2-ethanesulfinyl-pyrimidin-5-yl)-(5-fluoro-2-methoxy-3-methyl-phenyl)-methanone (Example 387) and 1-methanesulfonyl-piperidin-4-ylamine; compound with trifluoroacetic acid (Example 162) to give [4-amino-2-(1-methanesulfonyl-piperidin-4-ylamino)-pyrimidin-5-yl]-(5-fluoro-2-methoxy-3-methyl-phenyl)-methanone as a white solid.
