The title compound was prepared from 2,6-dichloro-9H-purine (50 mg, 0.265) and 4-methoxy-N-methylaniline (40 mg, 0.291 mmol) by a procedure similar to example 1b and was isolated as off white powder (10 mg, 20%). 1H NMR (CDCl3): 7.81 (s, 1H), 7.37 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.04 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 3.93 (s, 3H), 3.77 (s, 3H).
