Reaction Steps

This compound was prepared following the procedure described in example 7, parts E and F, starting with 0.2 g (0.66 mmol) of 4-(1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and 0.081 ml (0.864 mmol) of 1-bromo-2-methoxyethane. After standard work-up, 0.15 g (100% of yield) of the expected product were isolated.
