Reaction Steps
The above-named compound was prepared from N1 -(2-Hydroxy-3,3-difluoro-1-isobutyl-4[[1-(isoamylamino)ethyl]methylamino]carbonylbutyl)-N2 -isovaleryl valinamide by the procedure described in example 7. Proportions: Oxalylchloride (0.176 mmol, 0.0224 mg) in 0.5 ml CH2Cl2, 0.0275 mg (0.352 mmol) DMSO, 90 mg of alcohol in 1.5 ml CH2Cl2 (at -55° C.), 0.081 g Et3N (0.8 mmol). Flash chromatography (EtOAc) gave 0.02 g of above-named compound.
