The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 112, employing N-(3-chloro-4-morpholin-4-yl-phenyl)-guanidine carbonate (Method 17; 500 mg, 1.97 mmol), and (2E)-3-(dimethylamino)-1-(1-isopropyl-2-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)prop-2-en-1-one (Method 24 of WO 03/076436; 363 mg, 1.64 mmol). Yield: 412 mg, 61% as a white solid. NMR: 1.42 (d, 6H), 2.47 (s, 3H), 2.90 (t, 4H), 3.72 (t, 4H), 5.60 (m, 1H), 7.02 (d, 1H), 7.10 (d, 1H), 7.40 (s, 1H), 7.54 (dd, 1H), 7.78 (d, 1H), 8.37 (d, 1H), 9.43 (s, 1H); m/z 413.
