The title compound was prepared by coupling 6-Cyclopentyl-6-[2-(3-fluoro-4-isopropoxy-phenyl)-ethyl]-dihydro-pyran-2,4-dione from Step 1 of Example B(14), to 5-Methyl-isoxazole-3-carbaldehyde using the AlCl3/reduction procedure described for Example B(13). 1H NMR (CDCl3): δ 1.32 (d, J=6 Hz, 6H), 1.44-1.92 (brm, 8H), 2.05 (m, 2H), 2.44-2.88 (m, 8H), 2.95 (s, 3H), 4.47 (m, 1H), 6.72-6.92 (m, 2H), 7.66 (m, 2H).
