Reaction Steps
Prepared in a similar manner to example 158 using 2-(pyridine-2-yl)ethanamine and 1-ethoxy-4-isocyanatobenzene. Yield: 95%. mp: 163-164° C. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.43 (t, 3H), 3.03 (t, 2H), 3.68 (t, 2H), 4.03 (q, 2H), 5.69 (br s, 1H), 6.45 (br s, 1H), 6.84 (m, 2H), 7.14 (m, 3H), 7.20 (d, 1H), 7.64 (dt, 1H), 8.43 (dd, 1H). MS (M+H,286).
