Reaction Steps
236 mg of product obtained in stage 1 of Example 1 in 20 ml of dioxane are heated over siliparite with 227 mg of DDQ (dichlorodicyanobenzoquinone), for 60 hours at 80° C. The dioxane is evaporated off and then purification is carried out by chromatography on silica with a CH2Cl2-MeOH: 95-5 mixture for eluent. 142 mg of expected product are obtained, in the form of beige-colored crystals.
